FAQ’s

Before we commence painting we take every client through our colour consultation process:

  • We make an appointment with our clients to discuss colour options, décor and style.
  • Once we have decided on some colours, the next step is to apply paint samples of these colours in the areas in which you would like them applied.
  • Our clients then have the choice of proceeding to paint or selecting more colour samples.
  • Once our clients are 100% happy with the paint samples, we arrange a day and time to commence painting.
  • To prevent this from occurring, we have a step by step process to ensure our clients give us as much information as we need, to provide them with an accurate quote & scope.
  • We offer a standard 10-year workmanship warranty on all our projects (terms & conditions apply).
  • Any work we undertake that is not compliant with the recommended paint system, will be rectified at no cost to or clients.
  • If the assessment determines another fault or cause other than our work, we will make sure it is reported back to the client as soon as possible. We can also offer other project inspectors and manufacturer’s representative’s for their professional opinion too.
  • We offer all our clients a free colour and style consultation.
  • This process includes an appointment, sample colours and suggestions, décor and style and more sample colours.
  • After our colour consultation process you will feel 100% confident in the choices you make.
  • All our staff members have been trained in first aid.
  • We have a first aid kit on all our sites.
  • Should the event of an emergency arise, our staff are trained to remain calm and go through the necessary steps to ensure no one else is in harm’s way and that the injured person is treated as soon as possible.
  • All our staff undertake a National Police Check.
  • All our staff working with or near child occupied environments, are equipped with their Blue Card.

  • We always go above and beyond when it comes to protecting our client’s furniture and personal belongings.
  • We clear a work space, cover all items with plastic, cloth drop sheets and masking tape.  This prevents dust and paint from contaminating items and adds extra protection.
